“We need to talk, Phil.” Lucy followed behind me as I walked towards my office. With the urgency in her tone, I don't think I had an option to decline her request. I opened the door to the office, “Make it fast Lucy. I've got a lot to do.”
Lucy scoffed behind me as we both entered the office. She closed the door behind her. “I'll take as much time as I want.” She countered stubbornly. I took my seat behind my desk.
