Phil's POV
We arrived at the nearest hospital, and Lucy was put on a gurney immediately. The tires screeched on the smooth tiles as the nurses rolling the gurney took a sharp turn towards the ICU.
I met Ross in the hallway. He approached me, concerned in his gaze. “What happened to her?”
“I don't know. She just started bleeding.” I explained. I held Ross's arm. “Please Ross, do everything to save them. Please. I'll give you anything you want. Just please, keep them both alive.”
He tapped my shoulder, “I'll do my best.” With that, he lounged into the ICU room.
“You can't come in, Alpha.” A nurse stopped me from entering the room. Her hands were a few inches away from my chest, I stretched my gaze, to find Doctor Ross already tending to Lucy as she kept crying. I understood
