Sarah’s POV Sebastian never came that night or the next morning. I absently chewed my bottom lip in the dining hall, waiting for my father. When he never showed up, my apprehension grew, and I pulled at the cuffs of my black sweater dress. My checker Vans tapped against the stone floor. After a few minutes, I ran a hand up the side of my hair and into my messy bun. I blew out my breath. Where was everyone? I bit my thumbnail. “Ma’am, would you please come with me?” said my father’s butler. I rose silently and followed him down corridors I hadn’t ventured, halls that led to large rooms, then to other hallways. Finally, we came to a tall white door with intricate carvings around it.
