Chapter 4 : The new world begins

Nick was watching the sunrise from his room window, and he was feeling good, as if a new world was about to begin in his life.

But he didn’t know what this new world was going to bring for him. Just then, Serina came to him and said:

After Derek left, Kael came and said to Nick and Serina:

“All the staff members and business partners are waiting for you both in the hall.”

Hearing this, Serina said:

“Good. You go. We are coming.”

Then Serina said to Nick:

“Now, whatever I say, just do exactly that in front of everyone. Okay?”

Then both of them reached the hall. Serina held Nick’s hand and went up on stage, then started speaking into the mic:

“Thank you all for coming here on our invitation. As you all know, Darius Rucker, my father and the owner of the Blackwood Group of Industry, has passed away.

And now my husband, Nick, is the new owner of the Blackwood Group of Industry. I hope you all will be happy to see him as the new owner. Now Nick himself wants to say something to you all.”

For Nick, everything felt like a dream. Overnight, he had become a billionaire.

Then Nick comes forward and says:

Serina says:

Kael replies:
