Chapter 1 : Wedding Preparations

A black Range Rover stops in front of the Blackwood Group of Industries building, and the car driver opens the door. From inside, a girl steps out wearing a black pants suit. She is a dominant and elegant woman. She says to her driver:

“Park the car in the parking lot and wait for me there.”

The driver replies: “Yes madam.”

After some time, the girl enters the building and a handsome man standing near the reception looks at her, and then it seems as if a strange sparkle appears in his eyes. Then both of them come close to each other. The boy holds the girl’s hand, kisses it, and says:

“My love Serina, seeing you has brightened my eyes.”

To this, the girl replies:

“Since when have you become a poet? Will you tell me?”

The boy replies:

“Ever since I saw you, my love.”

Nick, who was standing nearby, was watching all this. Then the boy says:

“Serina, what is your driver doing here?”

Serina looks back and sees Nick standing there. She says to him:

“I told you to wait for me in the parking lot!”

Nick replies:

“Madam, you forgot your phone, so I came to give it to you.”

Then he leaves from there.

Serina says:

“Rommel, you know today is our wedding, so don’t ruin your mood.”

On this Rommel says:

“How can my mood get ruined when you are with me. My eyes only look at you and my ears only listen to your beautiful voice.”

Then he runs his hand through Serina’s hair and both of them look into each other’s eyes, it feels as if they are talking through their eyes.

Then both of them kiss each other.

Then Serina says:

“I will go and meet my father, after that we also have to go bring the wedding dress.”

Then Rommel says:

“Of course, my love, as you command.”

Then Serina goes to her father’s office. Darius, upon seeing his daughter, becomes very happy and hugs her. Darius says:

“My brave daughter, tell me, what brings you here?”

“Father, I came to take Rommel. We have to go pick up the wedding dress. He came early in the morning, so I thought I should also meet you.”

After some time, Serina and Rommel come, and Nick takes them to the city’s most expensive and luxury bridal boutique.

When Serina enters, she says:

“Show me the most expensive and the most beautiful wedding dress in your boutique.”

The boutique manager replies:

“Yes miss, please come with me.”

She shows Serina many dresses. Together, Rommel and Serina select one dress. When Serina goes to try it, at that moment Nick comes to Rommel and says:

“Someone has come to meet you outside.”

Rommel replies:

“Who could come to meet me?”

Nick says:

“Mr. Darius Rucker has sent someone.”

Hearing this, Rommel goes outside. When Serina comes out wearing the wedding dress, she thinks Rommel is standing there. She asks:

When Serina looks at Nick, she angrily slaps him and says:

“Keep your mouth shut! Where is Rommel?”

Just then Rommel comes there. When he looks at Serina, the same sparkle appears in his eyes that had come before. Then he comes close to Serina, holds both of her hands in his and says:

“You will wear this dress at the wedding. You are looking very beautiful in this dress. When everyone sees you in this dress, they will keep looking at you.

Now you get this dress packed and go home. I will come there. Me and your father have to go for some important work.”

Then Serina asks:

“You and father have to go where? Can you tell me? I am feeling very strange about you going like this.”

On this Rommel says:

“My love, don’t take tension. I will come and tell you everything.”

Then he looks into Serina’s eyes and they both kiss each other.

Then Rommel leaves from there. Serina gets the dress packed and goes home.

In his office, Darius is waiting for Rommel. After a while, Rommel reaches Darius and says:

“How did this happen? You said he was dead. How did he come back?”

Darius replies:

“I don’t know how he came back, but just like we killed him before, we will kill him again.”

Rommel says:

“Alright. So where did they call us today in the evening?”

Darius:

“In The Midnight Forest.”

Rommel:

“Midnight Forest?”

Darius:

“Yes, but you will go with full preparation so that we can kill them right there. Okay, now let’s go. Midnight Forest is far from here. We must finish this matter quickly, and today is also your wedding. Hurry up.”

At The Blackwood Residence, guests have started to arrive. All big and small packs of the western wolf community have been invited to Serina and Rommel’s wedding. Because the Silver Moon Pack, which belongs to Serina’s father, has now become the most powerful and the largest pack.

Serina, wearing her wedding dress, is standing by her room’s window, looking at the main gate of The Blackwood Residence. She is waiting for Rommel, while Nick, standing below, is also looking at Serina, with tears in his eyes.

“We will be a little late. Kael is there, he will handle everything, and anyway you don’t really need Kael either. You will manage everything alone.”

Before Serina can say anything, Rommel hangs up the phone. Serina becomes very worried.

Afterwards, Serina goes downstairs and meets all the guests, where she encounters Rowan, the Alpha leader of the Bloody Moon Pack. Rowan congratulates Serina on her wedding and says:

“Today someone’s destiny is going to change.”

To this, Serina replies:

“It surely looks like it, but for both of us, this matter means something completely different.”

Rowan says:

“Forget these talks.”

And then he calls out loudly:

“Derek, come here.”

Then Rowan says:

“Meet him, my brave son Derek.”

Derek kisses Serina’s hand and says:

“By seeing you, our eyes have been brightened.”

To this, Serina replies:

“Thank you for this compliment, but I must go and meet the other guests.”

Derek, in his heart, says:

“Don’t worry, very soon you will be the guest of my heart.”

On the other side , Darius and Rommel reach the appointed place in The Midnight Forest. Over there, people already dressed in black clothes are present, and their faces are covered. Darius says to them:

“What do you people want?”

To this, an old man among them replies: “We want you to confess the sin you did in your past and put your blood inside this jar. If you do this, the matter can be solved peacefully. Otherwise, you know well what we are capable of doing.”

At that moment, a light rain starts to fall.

Darius replies to them:

“This is something I will never do. What do you think, that I came here without preparation? I have also come fully prepared. The task that was left incomplete years ago, today I will finish it. Rommel, attack!”

As soon as Darius says this, Rommel and his hidden ally attack those people. The fight becomes intense. Both groups display their combat skills and mastery.

But suddenly, another wolf group arrives there, and they also attack Darius. This attack happens so suddenly that Darius is killed in it.

Seeing this, the old man orders his group to retreat, and they all leave the place.

On the other side, in the Blackwood Residence, everyone is waiting for Darius and Rommel.

Serina, in her bridal dress, is looking very beautiful, but also restless and worried. Derek comes to her and says:

“This sadness does not suit your face. If you wish, we can take this sadness away.”

Serina ignores his words. At that moment, Nick arrives there. When Nick starts saying something to Serina, Derek suddenly punches Nick hard on his face and says:

“Don’t you have manners? When two elders are talking, you don’t interfere in between.”

Serina becomes angry at Derek and says:

“Who gave you the right to raise your hand on any member of our pack?”

Everyone turns to look at them. At that moment, Rowan comes there and stops both of them, because they had become very furious.

Rowan says:

“Derek made a mistake. I apologize on his behalf. Please relax.”

Then Serina helps Nick up. Nick is bleeding heavily. Serina begins to heal Nick’s wound with her healing power.

And at that time, Nick is thinking:

“I wish this moment could stop here, I wish this sky would bend here, and I could remain in Serina’s arms forever. Even if the whole world becomes angry.”

After a short while, Nick’s wound is healed and he says to Serina:

“Madam, the matter you had asked me about, I came to inform you. I have received news that master Darius and Rommel both left their office together and went somewhere. Until now, there has been no news of them.”

Just then, a sound is heard. Some men of the Silver Moon Pack are bringing someone’s dead body. When they come closer, it turns out to be the dead body of Darius.

Serina watches this scene. When they place Darius’s body near Serina, she loses her senses and starts crying loudly. Everyone present there becomes shocked, wondering what exactly has happened.
