Chapter 13 : The Truth Unveiled

It was morning, and the sound of birds was echoing everywhere. The rays of the sun were striking the ground. At the Blackwood Residence, Serina was already prepared to go to the Blackwood Group of Industry.

But before going to the Blackwood Group of Industry, Serina went to Nick so that she could find out how his health was now. Seeing Serina coming toward him, Nick became very happy and said:

After hearing the CEO’s words, Serina left from there. After some time, Serina reached the parking lot where Kael was waiting for her. As soon as Serina arrived, Kael opened the car door. Serina sat inside the car.

Then both of them headed toward the Blackwood Residence. After quite some time, Serina and Kael reached the Blackwood Residence. Serina told Kael to park the car outside the main gate and said to him:

“Go inside and bring Nick’s mother with you.”

After hearing Serina’s words, Kael said:

“Yes, of course, as you said, madam.”

Kael quickly got out of the car and went inside the Blackwood Residence, and after some time, he returned with Nick’s mother.

Then the three of them headed toward the place where Serina had kept Karl Paul after kidnapping him. After quite some time, Serina, Kael, and Nick’s mother all reached the place where Karl Paul had been kidnapped and kept. Then Serina asked Nick’s mother:

“Are you sure that you can do this?”

After hearing Serina’s words, Nick’s mother said:

“Absolutely, daughter. I can do it. Just take me to him.”

Then Serina and Kael took Nick’s mother to Karl Paul. They removed the blindfold from Karl Paul’s eyes. Seeing Serina and Kael, he was surprised and asked:

At that moment, Kael stepped forward and punched Karl Paul hard in the face, because of which he became unconscious. Then Nick’s mother took out some powder from her pouch and mixed it with water and made Karl Paul drink it.

Because of this, Karl Paul regained consciousness, but he was not able to fully control himself.

Then Nick’s mother placed her hand on Karl Paul’s head and recited some chants, because of which Karl Paul felt severe pain and started screaming loudly due to the pain.

Then Nick’s mother asked Karl Paul:

“Do you know that Rowan and Derek had Serina’s father attacked and had him killed? If you know, then tell me, otherwise I will use my power to destroy your mind.”

But Karl Paul did not say anything. Then Nick’s mother said:

“Now I will have to make him eat that herb, because of which he will not remain in his senses at all, and whatever we want to know, he will tell us.”

Then Nick’s mother gave that herb to Kael and said:

“Make Karl Paul eat it.”

Kael did exactly that. Now Nick’s mother again placed her hand on Karl Paul’s head and said:

“Tell me, what do you know?”

This time, Karl Paul was in even more pain than before and was now completely under Nick’s mother’s control. After some time, Karl Paul said:

“Master Rowan and Derek were the ones who ordered me to follow Darius Rucker and kill him when I found the right opportunity.

And when we followed them that day and reached Midnight Forest, he was fighting with some strangers there.

And she killed Alaric Lucian’s entire pack.

In this way, Master Rowan turned Somira into an evil witch, who now considers only Master Rowan as her savior and gives the status of a father to him.

That is why she wants to kill Serina and Nick for Master Rowan, so that Master Rowan becomes the leader of the Western Wolf Community. This is the truth, and I only know this much.

After Karl Paul revealed the complete truth, Nick’s mother removed her hand from his head and said to Serina:
