"O, James, baka maligaw 'yung bisita mo. Pakihatid naman si Aurora."
Right as she says this, I see tears starting to brim her eyes despite the smile. She walks out on us and the two others follow her into the production floor. I sigh deep in exasperation. I don't know what to do with her anymore.
Instinctively, I follow them, too. But as I catch up with their pace, she runs towards her station and slams the door that everybody has to stop whatever they're doing just to look at us.
"Patay. Okay na kaya siya? Akala ko ba pinauuwi na ng nurse?" the girl in high ponytail says to Miss Medina.
I'm just behind them and I can tell that they're not aware of my presence yet.
Miss Medina replies, "Alam mo naman 'yang si gaga. Masyadong dedicated sa trabaho."
