  I was getting discharged today. The nurse came up to my room. I stared out the window, depressed. I couldn't believe I was going back to the hostel, after everything. All my chances to escape have been a bust. It was like the world was just against me.   "Hey Mariana," she said. I murmured a reply not bothering shifting from my position. "It's time to take your last dose."   I don't answer or pay attention to her. She came closer and tapped my shoulder. "Mariana. Are you listening to me?"   "Of course I can hear you. I'm not deaf." I snapped at her.   The nurse looked taken aback by my outburst. She exhaled deeply and sat at the side of my bed.   "I understand that you're frustrated.
