“So, Dee, I was wondering,” Jess says while looking through the dresses. The fundraiser is next week, so Jess dragged me to the shops as soon as we dropped the others at home. Mrs. Anderson had to leave for meetings in Japan, so Blake volunteered to watch the others while we are out.
“Yeah,” I say looking through the dresses myself.
“My friends and I thought that it would be nice to go out tomorrow night,” she says. I smile knowingly. She's a junior now so they think they're all grown up. Going out every Saturday night is the goal for the year. Whether it is a house party, club or beach party doesn't matter.
“Where are you going?” I ask.
