It's been a couple of days now since we started the assignment , Shaun already introduced me to Jen's school and things have been going well. Suzie wasn't feeling well this morning so she went home and I offered to make breakfast , so I decided to make pancakes , which had Jen very excited she said they are better than her dad's , which she describes as awful , which I laughed at but she made me promise not to tell him she said that, she doesn't want to hurt his feelings which is really sweet of her. Liam was making his way to the kitchen so I decided to grab him a plate full of pancakes, and he didn't waste time digging in, a few minutes later Shaun showed up, and he looked stunned to see that I was the one making pancakes and clearly he was looking for Suzie, " she went home , she was really sick so I decided to make breakfast myself I hope you don't mind", I said looking at him , and he just nodded I couldn't help but feel like he has been weird around me lately , like when we talk he doesn't look me in the eyes or he doesn't want to stay in a place I'm in for more than five minutes makes me wonder if I did something wrong, well I guess maybe he just doesn't like me much. I was disturbed from my thought by Liam asking for more pancakes , I gave him some and then I made way to my room leaving them . I sat there for a while until I decided to read a book , this mission was getting really boring to be honest I thought it would be more exciting, not that I want something bad to happen, I'm just not use to quiet assignments , like in the previous one we had to protect this heiress and well things were exciting. I just know Liam is also bored why wouldn't he I mean we never just have it easy like this, just as I was thinking of him he walked in and he made his way towards me and sat on the bed , " You must be really bored to wake up and make pancakes on a mission?" , he said with a mocking smile, " aren't you this mission is well a little quiet for what we use to , not that I'm complaining cause it means the client is safe", I said and he started laughing , " I know , it's a lot less exciting but the safety of the client is all that matters right", he said and I nodded and he left me to my book.

Well after a couple of days , staying with Rosie and Liam I thought it was best to avoid Rosie and my crush on her will just go away , which hasn't been going as planned just the smell of her perfume makes me crush harder so I decided to go to the gym and work off some steam so I can stop thinking about her . After 2 hours on the gym I decided to call it a day and head back to my room for a shower, and I found Liam and Jen playing in the living room and Rosie was nowhere to be seen, that a good thing I guess makes my day easier ,I made my way down the hallway to my room and I bumped into her as she was getting out of her room, " Sorry, didn't see you there" she said with an apologetic smile I just nodded and moved out of the way motioning her to go ahead to where she was going and I made my way to my room , as I opened the door I felt her tap my shoulder and I turned around, " did I do something wrong ?" she said waiting for me to answer , " umm.. no .. ofcourse not, why would you think that?" I asked confused at her question "Ohh so I guess you just don't like me then", she said , " That's not true" why would she even think that while I was over here losing my mind over her.
" Then why are you avoiding me and why are you all weird around me?, she asked , and I actually didn't think she payed any attention to me so I thought she wouldn't notice me avoiding her. " I .. uhh.. it's not ....I'm sorry about that my mind has been a little occupied lately, I don't hate you trust me" I said reassuring her , if only she knew why I was avoiding her. she just nodded and walked away and I went into my room and went straight to the bathroom to take a shower , which I felt great and refreshing. I got dressed in my casual clothes and I headed to my office and I opened my laptop to find an a reminder to a gala I was invited too and I accepted long ago , the gala was tomorrow, it was sent before this whole charade happened , I had go it was a great way to make more business contacts.
I went to the living room to talk to Liam about it, " Liam I have to go to this gala tomorrow and need you prepared for it , I need you by my side at all times", I said " Well I can't be at your side at all times bodyguards stand on the side in such events " , he said and he was right the was no way he could stick by me the whole time. " You should take Rosie and I will look after little Jen " he said , " Me? what difference will that make ?" Rosie asked a bit confused , " You'll be his date to the gala so it will simpler for you to be by his side the whole time", Said Liam fully explaining his plan , which made sense, " ohh do I have to wear a dress?" Said Rosie and Liam laughed at her question and gave her a 'duh ' look, and then they both looked at me to see what I had to say about the plan and well to be honest he won me over the second he said she'll be my date, I nodded agreeing to their plan I didn't want to say anything cause I was afraid the would hear the excitement in my voice. " I don't have any cute dresses , infact I didn't bring a dress", said Rosie a bit concerned , I took my credit card and gave to her " You can take Jen and go shopping for one tomorrow ,the gala is in the evening" I said still holding the credit card in my hand she had not taken it yet. she just looked at me in shock for few minutes and then shook her heard " No , I can't do that " she said and Jen took the credit card , " Okay daddy , I'll make sure she has the cutest dress in the gala", she said completely ignoring what Rosie just said , I smiled at her and Rosie still had an anxious look on her face , " It's okay Rosie I insist , besides you doing me and Liam a favour you're Jen's bodygaurd not mine so this is a thank you, so please accept it" I said with a smile on my face but still anxious to see what her response will be so she just nodded and I let out a sighing relief.
I woke up this morning a little to excited about this gala or maybe who I was going with, I took a shower , got dressed with sweats pants and a hoodie called the tailor to have my tux delivered this afternoon and then headed to the kitchen for breakfast, when I found everyone there , Jen and Rosie were probably going shopping after this. I can't wait to see how Rosie looks in dress, she's probably more beautiful when dressed up. we had breakfast and then after we were done Jen and Rosie left for their shopping ," I've never seen her in a dress and I have known her for 2 years ,", Said Liam with a little laugh, " Really " , I said a little taken back by his words well then I guess he is even more excited to see her in a dress than I am. I guess we will wait and see then .
