PHOEBES POV

After finishing up our lunch and sat talking for a while we decided to head back as it was getting late. as we came out of the clearing a women started to walk towards us with a scowl on her face.

"s**t" i heard Jacob say under his breath which confused me who is this women 

" Honey where have you been have you been avoiding me i haven't seen you all week" the women said as she wrapped her arms around him.Jacob pushed her away as he looked at me whilst mouthing sorry . Im guessing this is that kerry women.shes a tall blonde with a "perfect" face she had her breasts on show pretty much the way they spilled over her top, if you can even call that a top" she had a mini skirt on which left nothing to the imagination she looked like one of those playboy bunnies.

" Kerry we need to talk " jacob told her is he going to break up with this girl now

"what about shall we talk back in my room or better yet your room?" she seductively bit her bottom lip with a wink.

" That's not a good idea and you know i don't allow anyone in my room" this shocked me I'm sure i was in his room this morning everything smelled like him he said it was his room.

"what do you mean jakeyy" i held in a laugh which made me choke on a cough i used to try and cover it i saw jacobs smile at me as i stuck my head down trying to hide what sort of nick name is jakeyyy i laughed to myself i had Selena growling in my head i don't think she appreciated a women that close to her mate me on the other hand didn't really have a leg to stand on as we have literally hung out once.

" what's this omega doing here run along girl you should be cleaning not bothering my mate" she spat at me i couldn't hold the growl that escaped my lips.

"Jakeyy babyyy did you hear that she growled at me punish her" she whined 

" well actually kerry this omega is my mate and you will respect her i wanted to do this a bit better but here e are i just wanted to let you know we are over and Phoebe grey here will be my mate and Luna by the end of the month" did he really just say that he just stood up for me for one and he claimed me as his maybe this is real. kerry looked towards me like she was disgusted.

" you choose this rat over someone like me she could never satisfy you like i can do you remember what we did before you left?" before my heart broke i heard an almighty growl coming from my mate.

" DO NOT TALK ABOUT MY MATE THAT WAY YOU WILL RESPECT HER AND YOUR LUNA!" He roared she whimpered and a crowd started to gather too see the commotion i heard gasps and i saw Lizzy stood there smiling at me i also saw Beta ryan and his brother stood there grinning.

" yes alpha" kerry whimpered bowing as she walked away humiliated. Jacob walked over hugged me and buried his face in my neck im guessing to calm himself i have seen other people do it before. he stood back up looked into my eyes whilst holding my shoulders.

" are you okay?" he whispered

"I'm fine thank you"

" right here we go no turning back now." he told me but before i could say anything he stood up straight grabbed my hand and addressed the crowd.

" LISTEN UP CRESENT MOON PACK HERE I STAND BEFORE YOU TO CLAIM MISS PHOEBE GREY AS MY MATE AND YOUR LUNA YOU WILL RESPECT HER AS YOU WOULD RESPECT ME SHE IS MY EQUAL AND OTHER HALF IF I HEAR OF ANYONE EVEN GLANCE AT HER THE WRONG WAY YOU WILL BE PUNISHED ANY THREAT MADE TOWARDS HER IS A DIRECT THREAT TO ME DO YOU UNDERSTAND"

" YES ALPHA" They all chanted back 

"RIGHT NOW GET BACK TO WHAT YOUR DOING SHOWS OVER"  as he finished his little speech i was just stood there in complete shock it was only when Lizzy hugged me it brought me out of my shock state i did not expect this this is real he just claimed me in front of not just his ex girlfriend but in front of pack members of course it wasn't everyone but word spreads fast in packs.oh no what if Alpha kyle and my family find out.

" oh phoebe's why didn't you tell me im suppose to be your best friend aren't i?" 

" sorry Lizzy it was complicated " i gave her a half smile

"oh don't apologies to me LUNA" she mocked in a joking way that made me chuckle

" well don't forget me"

" you will always be my best friend and only friend Lizzy if this is real maybe i can make you my professional friend" i joked back whispering the last bit. she laughed and told me shes got to go she ordered pizza and don't want to be late for it which made me chuckle again before i could compose myself i was greeted again.

" afternoon Luna took the big bad alpha long enough " ryan teased

" afternoon Beta ryan please call me Phoebe"

" only if you call me ryan oh and this is my little brother tommy"

" I'm like 3 seconds after you shut up"

" afternoon tommy"

"right leave my mate alone we are heading back please don't disturb us phoebe's had a long day" and with that we gave the men a wave and head off Jacob snaked his hand in mine as we walked out ands fitted together perfectly it was like i was wearing gloves.

" right..." making me laugh why does he always say right before everything.

"what did i do"

" everytime your about to say something you say right first its just funny"

"not you as well" he responded with an eye roll which made me laugh again all of a sudden i felt very hot and a pain went through my stomach. OUCH!
