“I can’t believe that you managed to stay with those kinds of people, milady,” Lloyd whispered when they noticed that Morgan left for her to take a bath.
Venus shrugged before sighing deeply, “Well, it’s part of my plans for me to survive these challenges in my life,”
“Challenges? I don’t quite understand, milady,” He claimed, so she just smiled before shaking her head.
“It’s hard to understand, but let’s just say that I’m working my way to escape this marriage and ties with this kingdom,”
“But for now, I have to help Arthur,” Venus clenched her fists, “He’s nothing but helpful to all of the things that have been happening in my life,”
Lloyd looked at her intently, “You don’t realize that you help him as well, milady,” He claimed, making her wonder for a moment.
“Me? In what way?”
