Bridgit’s POV:
I turned away from Damon and emerged my body into the dark tunnel before me. There was no hesitation in my crawl, despite the fact my arm was sending waves of pain through me. I felt lightheaded from my blood loss, but I couldn't let that stop me. Leonardo was right- there had to be a legitimate reason Samantha hadn't come back. And that legitimate reason was probably because this place was booby trapped or something.
I continued down the narrow tunnel, my eyes locked ahead of me, despite the fact it was completely dark. I studied my surroundings, looking for some sort of light source. Unless Leonardo could see in the pitch black- which for all I knew he could- there had to be something to light this place up.
