Shivering at the sound of Jay’s voice, it was too early to have gotten him so angry and she had no idea what she had done to have warranted his rage.
Ivy slowly got up from her desk as she headed to his office.
She bent her head to the floor as she gently walked in and greeted, “Good morning Sir.”
“Good Morning, Madam,” Jay replied.
It was obvious something was wrong, but Ivy could not decipher what the issue was as she stood waiting for him to speak or maybe lash out at her so she can at least know what the issue was.
“Where did you go yesterday after work?” He demanded out of the blue, unable to hide the anger that was painted all over his face.
“I went home sir,” Ivy answered, still not sure of what she had done wrong.
