NICOLE’S POV
I ran downstairs and rushed towards the door only to be stopped by the housekeeper on duty.
"Madam, Mister Raymond instructed me to not let you leave without his permission. And you haven't had breakfast yet." She stood at the door blocking the entrance.
I swore internally. I knew Raymond wasn't going to trust that I would stay here on my own. He knew me too well. I would have to fool the woman.
I gave a bright smile. "I know that but an emergency just came up at school and I have to sort it out. If I don't it will cost me my whole year "
