CHAPTER NINE In the early hours of the morning, the girls were driven to an abandoned plot in the vicinity of the Metropolitan Theatre in Rio de Janeiro. They had hoped that, as they were not working in the tent, they would be able to have a bit of a lie-in, but it was not to be.
