Phil’s POV Another sleepless night. He’s all I see . . . all I feel. I still have marks all over my body, my neck, my back, shoulders—so many marks. It’s like a trail of reminders when I look in the mirror, that he’s touched my body, explored it, dominated it. I can smell him on my sheets. His clothes are in my closet. A pair of his old sneakers are tossed haphazardly under my bed. There’s even a toothbrush for him hidden in the bathroom. I was just leaving when I saw his book bag tucked in the corner of my room.
