Theo was acting normal again, talking smack as he played Mario Kart against his father on the Wii, both of them jumping up and down, acting ridiculous. When Theo was winning, Cliff knocked him back against the couch, half sitting on him, trying to mess him up with him hollering, “Cheater! That’s cheat—”
I just laughed, watching them struggle against each other.
That’s one thing they had in common—both were competitive and both were more than willing to cheat if it meant they got to win.
