Caleb’s POV The full moon hung heavy in the sky, its silver light bathing the Bloodhowl cemetery, where the gravestones seemed to whisper memories I would rather forget. The air smelled of damp earth and pine, an aroma that transported me to nights running alongside Eva, her black coat gleaming, her laughter echoing through the forest.
