Brenda walked into the club looking so lifeless, the place reeked of alcohol and smoke, and the club was really bubbling with so much excited people, many were busy dancing to the music which was booming so loud, and she could also see some people shamelessly making out, not giving a damn about what people might think, and it made her want to puke.
Never in her entire life did she think she'll ever come into a place like this, because this wasn't her thing, but today's different. She's heartbroken, she can't stop thinking about Frank, she needs something to help her forget about her pains, and the only thing she could think of was alcohol. She wasn't a drinker, but she's definitely going to be drinking her sorrows and pains away.
She made her way to the bar and she took a sit.
"Hey miss, what can I get you?" The bartender asked.
"Just give me a whiskey or something." Brenda said weakly.
"Alright, do you want the whole bottle or should I pour you a glass?" The bartender asked, and Brenda sighed deeply.
"Just give me the whole bottle." She replied.
The bartender brought a whole bottle of whiskey and he placed it in front of her.
Brenda took out some cash from her pocket and she kept it on the table. The bartender took the cash with a smile on his face. He could tell she wasn't fine, but it was none of his business.
Brenda opened the whiskey, and she gulped down a large content, straight from the bottle.
She made a funny face at the taste of the whiskey. This was her first time taking alcohol. She didn't like the taste, but she was willing to keep on drinking, at least it'd help her.
The bartender kept on looking at her, but he chose not to say anything, he didn't want to get snubbed, or worse still, insulted, because that's what they get from most people once they try to show their concern. This wasn't the first time he'd seen a lady like this, and he could easily tell her heart was broken.

Dylan sat in the room he had reserved for he and Pamela. She was yet to come, although he was getting tired of waiting for her, but he still chose to wait for her, so as not to hurt her feelings, otherwise he would have left a long time already.
The room had been decorated for him and Pamela, and he smiled, knowing she'd be happy when she sees this.
He sighed deeply, he was exhausted and needed to rest. He had told his bodyguard to tell Pamela which room he was in when she comes, so she wouldn't have any difficulty in finding him.
He stood up, he went to switch off the lights, then he went to lie on the bed, a little rest will do him good after his stressful day.

Brenda had drank the bottle of whiskey half way, and she was extremely drunk, she couldn't even stop herself from crying as she drank.
She looked at the bartender who stood watching her in silence, and she gave him a weak smile.
"Why is my life so bad?" She asked in her drunken state, and the bartender sighed.
"I mean, everything isn't going well for me, my family hates me and they treat me like trash, and my boyfriend, whom I love so much and who has always been supportive, broke up with me." She smiled, then she gulped down some whiskey.
"Wanna know what he said to me?" She asked, and the bartender shook his head.
"Miss, you're drunk, I could give you a room for free. I doubt you'll be able to go home in this state." The bartender said.
From the little she'd just said, he knew life hadn't been fair to her, and he felt pity for her.
"N n no, I'm not drunk, not drunk, I'm just...." She belched.
"Sorry, I'm not drunk, I'm just sad, my heart has been completely shattered, no one loves me, and the guy i gave my heart too, he doesn't love me either, it was all a lie, a charade, it was all...." She trailed to take another drink.
"Fake." She muttered.
She remembered Frank's words and the tears began to flow again.
"Why did you do this to me Frank? Why!!" She cried.
"Oh God." The bartender groaned.
Brenda was really looking a mess right now, and she didn't even care.
She sniffed, then she wiped off her tears.
"No no, I shouldn't be crying, I'm here to forget about everything, I won't cry." She said.
The bartender came out of his place and he went to her.
"You'll have to come with me ma'am, you're drunk, I'll give you a room to spend a night." He said.
"No, I told you, I'm not drunk, so just leave me alone, I don't need a room, I have a home and I'll go there." She refused.
The bartender shook his head, he took the bottle of whiskey from her, then he helped Brenda up, despite her protest, he wasn't heartless, and she looked so vulnerable right now, someone could easily take advantage of her at this moment, and he doesn't want that for her, the club is filled with men who are heartless and wouldn't miss a chance to take advantage of an innocent lady who is drunk.
"Hey, what are you doing? Get the f**k away from me, give me back my drink, I don't want to go with you." Brenda half yelled, struggling to free herself from the man.
The bartender ignored her words and he took her upstairs, they got to a particular room and he opened the door, he took Brenda in and he came out immediately.
"Hey, where did you bring me to?" Brenda said as she staggered.
The room was so dark, and she could hardly see anything.
She belched and she made to walk, but she staggered, and she landed on something, or rather, someone.
"Ouch." She groaned.
Brenda tried to stand up, but something was preventing her from standing up.
"Pamela."
