I woke up and my bed felt empty. Kain was already up. I felt so safe in his arms last night. I think this is the best night's sleep I've ever had. I got up and started gathering some clean clothes to wear. I was joining the pack today, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited. I was also nervous.
I don't know what's going to happen or if I will feel any different once it's done. Kain said I would feel the connection to the pack. I've been alone most of my life. I'm not sure what it's going to feel like to be connected to over 200 wolves.
