"Do you really have to go?" I ask for the ninth time. I already know the answer and I know it's his responsibility as the Alpha King. But I don't want him to leave. I just want him right here with me. We are finally back to our old self and I'm happy. We are happy. Besides, Cathy can go into labor any minute now and he will miss it.
He walks out of the bathroom and looks over my naked body. Lust is swirling in his eyes and that only lights up my body even more. He walks over to me slowly, to damn slowly. I take in his body, the body that always keeps me warm and save, the same body that knows mine in and out.
