'Go! No sweets or toys here, no lovely pussycats or cute little puppy dogs… go away!' The last was shouted directly into Quint's face before the speaker scuttled back behind his counter. Quint and Pardigan stared in amazement at the antics of the strange little man as he hopped around in front of them and then returned to sorting a great stack of papers.
