Rhia's POV “What is taking them so long…?” I muttered to myself, drumming my fingers absentmindedly on the velvet armrest of my favourite chair in Miles’ office. From here, I could watch and admire him without shame. I could sit here all day, admiring his sharp jaw, the way his eyes creased when he was focused, and even zone out completely, daydreaming about him. But Miles wasn’t here, and it had been nearly an hour since I arrived. Normally, I wouldn’t mind waiting, but today? I was starving. A doughnut for breakfast wasn’t enough, and my stomach was practically twisting and groaning loudly. I glanced at the neatly wrapped food on the table.
