Nara's POV The next morning came with a heaviness I could feel in my bones. Breakfast at the mansion was torture. The whole family gathered around the long, pretentious dining table, plates full of food no one really touched. It was so tense you could hear the clink of every fork, every forced sip of coffee. Nobody said a word. Not a greeting. Not a ‘how was your night.’ Just the sound of cutlery and shallow breathing. I barely touched my food.
