Eliana's POV
I woke up to an annoying beeping sound in my ears. My body feels like a truck ran over me. Every muscle in my body feels sore. I try to open my eyes and they feel like lead and I find it difficult to open them. I hear people talking and I can sense that I have people surrounding me.
I know they are my family members waiting for me to wake up. I hear a person yelling and I identify the yelling voice to be Dan's. I know amongst all my cousins he must be the one losing it and throwing a fit. I hear more voices and I identify them all to be my family members. It warms my heart to know that I have people who love me and look out for me. Unlike my mate, he doesn't give a s**t about how I feel.
I will myself to open my eyes for my loved ones and my people. I am finding it incredib
