The event started at exactly 6:15 am.
After Leo got taken by Luna, hindi na siya bumalik pa. I haven't seen him since the race started.
I never planned to race against veteran runners to the finish line. My only goal was to just finish the course. Kaya naman simula umpisa ay tumakbo lang ako sa sariling pace ko.
The others though, Mariel, Sandra, Paul, and Jake are already running ahead of us. Both couples were competing with each other.
While Jeffrey decided to follow my pace and had been running with me from the very start.
"Wala kang balak kumuha nang medal?" Tanong ko kay Jeffrey na kasalukuyang nasa tabi ko. Ngayon ko lang napagtantong napaka-fit pala nito—athletic type. Mukhang sanay na sanay ito sa ganitong events. Chill na chill lang kasi ito sa pagtakbo, hindi hinihiningal. H
