Chapter three

1000 Words
"Is she really married?" I asked stupidly Kao hit me with the pillow. I looked at him . " Why did you do that?" I asked loudly “Is that what concerns you? Tomorrow we have a long way to go, so go to sleep." Kao said. I grabbed the pillow and took it and fell asleep on the sofa. I think about how things got us here. Morning came very early. No but maybe I'm the one who fell asleep. Ashuna came to us, she was wearing an elegant dress, after which came the King Rono. "Stay here with us for another week, I need your help with a dilemma, I'll tell you about it later, now come with me to the dining hall." Rono said with a kind of respect and vanity. Then Rono came out and then the three of us left. "I'm sorry guys, I can't go against his orders, he's the king and the decision-maker." Ashuna said sadly "It's okay to stay here for a bit. I heard your city is famous for making forbidden swords. Since we're going to be spending seven nights here, I want a one-of-a-kind sword. I hope my order isn't too much for you. " Kao said, trying to comfort Ashuna. "No, it's a very simple request. Well I'll tell them to start making it." Ashuna responded quickly. Then she looked at me. "Do you want anything?" She said gently. " who am I! No thanks dear. I guess I'll just gather information and hang out." I did it as I walked out of the room. The palace is spacious and beautiful. I feel really jealous. How can she be a queen and then simply leave her throne and her people like this. We got a huge hall. The dining room was full of all kinds of goodies. Enjoyed the food, it was delicious. I went with Kao to the market, there's some work to be done. We were looking for traces of some brutal ogres. It is said that in this city there is a curse that spreads corruption and sorrow. Our job is to cleanse the curses and find the missing pieces of our kinship. There was traffic and noise we went to see what was going on. " Slown down Ro! There are traces of blood scattered on the ground." Kao said while holding my hand. Then he gestured with his hand down I looked down. I was surprised when I saw the blue blood squatting, "Do you know what this means?" I said in horror "The place will explode in ten minutes." Kao shouted. We ordered everyone to clear the area, but to no avail. No one listens to the small people. Everyone was ignoring us, thinking we were crazy. I hurried to put the Dragon's Ashes on the Bloodlust, hoping it would be extinguished. Kao tried to force them to escape but only the old people who had experience handling magical explosives would listen to us. Only two minutes left until the explosion. I hear my heartbeat. My breath began to rise. In the blink of an eye, every part exploded in place. As if time had stopped. No, someone slowed down the minutes and seconds. He's that boy who's good at wielding a sword. “How did he imitate my invocation? Where did he get the strength to execute on such a large scale?” I said in amazement. Then His Majesty the King came and took the civilians out of the blast range, his speed was tremendous, a wizard came forward, he draped in a sky-colored robe, and contained the effects of the explosion with a powerful spell. "If you hadn't screamed and tried to clear the place, we wouldn't have been able to control the situation. On behalf of the people of my city, thank you." His Majesty King Rono said. "It's not over yet, the blood of the squat is not sprinkled all together, but scattered. That is, there are several bombs, I think, spread around. We have to find it before it turns blue, the mother insect must be caught and disinfected. Excuse me, Your Majesty, but purges are our prerogative. Can you handle the rest of the explosions? Leave the mother insect to us. Kao said as he bowed before His Majesty. It was a quick presence to save the situation. I looked towards Rono. "Okay, as you heard, Mission Hazards, go ahead. We're going to protect our city." His Majesty said as he moved. There was a strange smile on his face. I didn't care about Rono. He is just a cocky king. I followed Kao in search of the mother's squat. “And Ashuna was with us so we could find that bug without trouble.” I shrieked. "Ro, who are you deceiving? Ashuna is not Samara. She just looks like her, don't let that cloud your mind. I understand the dead do not come back to life. Living in their past will only bring you pain. I know Samara's memories are still fresh in your mind. It's true, how can you forget a love like hers? Kao said while suddenly looking at me. "It's enough. You don't have to go into details. You realize how much I hate that name. As much as I once loved her." I screamed until I heard an echo. "Calm down, there is no need to scream. that insect will hear us, be quite ." Kao said softly We followed parts of the squatting body that is flaking off. "It's too late, she took hostages with her. She will surely lay her eggs somewhere." Kao said while examining her flaky skin. "The jungle is the best place. I lit some wands to warn the king that we're headed for the jungle. We might need some help if the eggs hatch, the whole city will explode and everyone will be devastated." I said I rushed towards the stream of the blue blood.
