They had arrived at their mansion, Ivanna's parents were so happy that Ash accepted their favor to know Ivanna more.

"Thank you for bringing our daughter safe." Langston handed him.

"It's a pleasure, sir." Ash replied.

Ivanna was fixing the things they had bought a while back.

"Honey, you bought too much. What are those?" her mom asked her.

She just smiled at her, making her mom curious.

"Mom, it's my clothes. You know, some of my clothes were already small for me." she said.

"Oh, I'm sorry that I forgot to shop for you." Tina said.

Tina was watching her daughter, she was so happy and grateful. Ivanna caught her staring at her.

"Mom, what are you staring at?" she asked.

"Nothing, you've grown so fast." she said.

Ivanna was awed and already knew where their conversation was heading already.

"Mom, stop it. I don't want you to make a drama here in my room." she said.

Her mom laughed.

"You're really my daughter." she said.

"Okay, I'll go down and I'll call you later for dinner." she said.

"Yes mom." she said.

Tina left her room, Ivanna started to sort the clothes that didn't fit her anymore. She forgot to call Ivy.

"Hello Ivy, how are you there?" she asked.

"Good to hear from you, I'm good actually." Ivy replied.

Ivanna sighed, Ivy heard from the other line.

"What's wrong?" she asked.

"Ivy, don't freak out, okay." she said.

"Okay, what is it?" Ivy asked.

"Promise me, you'll never freak out?" she asked again.

"Gosh, Ivanna! Can you just spill it now?" Ivy was curious.

"Okay then, I'm going to get married." she said.

Ivy from the other line went mute, Ivanna was calling her attention, but she was in shock.

"I told you." Ivanna said, and ended the call.

After a minute, Ivy called her back, and Ivanna smiled.

"I knew it." she said.

"Are you f*****g kidding me?!" Ivy freaks out.

"No, I'm not." she said.

"Goodness gracious, who is that unlucky man?" she asked.

"Ivy." she said.

Ivy laughed out.

"I'm sorry, but who is he?" she asked again.

"His name is Ash." she said.

"Woah, sounds cool." Ivy said.

"Can you tell me his full name so that I can research it." Ivy demanded.

Ivanna wanted to laugh, Ivy is just so demanding and her curiosity kills her. Ivanna told his name and that Ivy was really searching for it.

"Oh my God!" Ivy shouted.

Ivanna was doomed.

"Why? What's wrong?" she asked.

"Ivanna, he's so damn hot. Are you kidding me??! He's so handsome and yummy brrrr." Ivy said Ivanna was laughing.

"Ivy, stop it." she said, giggling.

Ivy was so happy that she was going to marry some rich and yummy man, she also told her to call her when her wedding was for her to come and that Ivy was going to be the maid of honor. Ivy was very excited about her wedding.

"Ivanna!" Ivanna heard her mom shout so she ended the call.

"Coming!" she shouted back and went downstairs.

They were having dinner. Her mom was really a good cook.

"So honey, how's your day with him?" her dad asks.

"Well, it's quite fun, actually. I didn't expect that he would be so kind and polite." she said.

Tina and Langston stare at each other, very happy.

"That's good then, one day you're going to marry already." her dad said.

She asks her parents when her wedding day is and that it still isn't settled. Ivanna doesn't hate them for making her marry a stranger. Ivanna was smiling while thinking about how Ash protected her from the woman in the mall. Her parents were watching her smiling alone.

"Ivanna?" her mom approaches her.

But still, she was in her world. Langston signals his wife not to approach her. Ivanna headed to her room to wash and brush her teeth. She was humming while folding her clothes.

Ash went home to his condo. He didn't want to go to their mansion. It's not that he hates his parents, but he wants peace. One reason for him to accept marrying Ivanna was to move on from his past lover. He was staring at Andrea's photo with him taken while watching the sunset. It was taken by his best friend, Ezekiel.

"I know you're already happy wherever you are." he said and crumpled the photo.

He threw it into the trash bin and slightly raised his head to the sky. He must be thinking about his future. He was curious about Ivanna, so he did some research before meeting her.

"I can tell, Ivanna can make me forget about you. It's not that I'm using her, but, it looks like it." he was like crazy talking to himself. He just sighed and called Ezekiel to come over to his condo.

"Dude, is she hot?" Ezekiel asks him.

"Ezekiel." he blurted.

"I know, but is she?" he asks again.

Ash told him just to search for her profile.

"She's so pretty." Ezekiel said.

Ash just smiled and scoffed.

"Stop it, playboy." he said.

"Wait, who is this?" he asks, zooming over the photo and seeing the woman beside Ivanna in the image.

"I think that she's her best friend, Ivy., the name I guess." he said.

Ash just remembers her name when her parents told her that she was with her best friend studying at Harvard.

"You're right, Ivy Simmons is her name." Ezekiel said.

Ezekiel is such a stalker, they just took out some beers from his refrigerator. This is his life. When he is bored, he'll ask his best friend to come over to drink with him.

"So, are you sure to marry her? Not to back out." his best friend said.

"Yeah, I'll do it for my parents to stop approaching me and, besides, Ivanna is cute." he said.

Ezekiel teases him.

"Did you fall out already?" he asked.

Ash just glared at him and Ezekiel remembered Andrea.

"How about Andrea?" he asked him.

Ash just went mute.
