Mikaelson & Rembrandt is home to some of the best fashion available to the Citadel as well as a personal favorite of mine. Rather than return home, I decide instead to meet up with Nasser Oromiki at the Upper-City Sky Mall. The mall itself was built upon a floating platform of mezatonicum and netite and is at the center of a series of hyper rails that extend out across the Upper-City. At the top floor is Mikaelson & Rembrandt, a clothing store that’s the size of a mansion and marked by doors of blazing red neon lights that form the symbols “M” and “R.”
