The boys and I dropped into a booth in the corner of the bar. It was a bit cramped with the five of us, but we were hoping to get a glimpse of Edge and see if we could work anything out. Find out who she really is.
We hadn’t been there long when two women walked in, making a beeline straight for the bar. Edge was close behind them. “That’s her,” I whispered to Sunshine.
“Em, what are you drinking?” One of them shouted towards her.
“Margarita, please Smarts.”
“So it’s not just Edge with a codename, then. Edge and Smarts. I assume the third woman does too?” I whispered to Sunshine, trying to keep my voice low. She was a vampire, and so there was a good chance the other two were too.
Sunshine ignored me, scrolling away on his phone. “Sunshine? You with me?”
