Since Blade had shredded my clothes in his hurry to get them off, I ended up walking back to the main offices in just his shirt, my underwear and shoes. Fortunately, his shirt came part way down my legs, so I wouldn’t be flashing too much skin…
Point Blank had a massive smirk on her face when Blade and I walked back in, hair disheveled, and me very clearly having lost my own clothes. Sunshine tossed Blade a t-shirt from our anti-nude-shifter stash, his face complete with a knowing grin.
I sunk back into my chair, putting my feet up on my desk, glancing around at all of the knowing expressions. “Okay, so, Point Blank,” I went back into all-business-mode as I spoke. “Did you find someone?”
“One better, boss. I found two, they’re on their way up now.”
I nodded.
