Episode 2

-Episode 2-

Even after a month, Vita had a hard time adjusting after waking up. Sometimes her mind was separating her memories from each other and thus completely forgetting about her family. Sometimes she was crying in tears, hugging her family, completely forgetting her previous life. Although her family didn't know, Vita wasn't just saying this because of this hard year. Oh, how she missed them in 17 years without them. The hands that support her with hope, the warm arms that hug her neck, the eyes that look at her with tenderness. Vita opened her arms with a needy look as her crying intensified. As her mother ran to Vita in tears, Vita saw her father helplessly lean against the wall and slowly sit on the ground. He was as if he had seen something too perfect to be true. That relief, after all the exhaustion, Vita saw her father cry for the first time in her life. Oh come on, she was a big girl, okay? Where did these endless tears come from? Still, the Vita didn't care. That day, they hugged like a family amid laughter and tears.

At that time, without her family noticing, Vita made a promise to herself.

The Vita was completely healed. And it had been a year since the event that devastated the entire family. She had been taking painting lessons regularly for 6 months because she told her mother that she wanted to paint. Her mother, who was also an opera singer, was very happy when she heard that Vita wanted to be an artist. As for her father, she didn't care what she did as long as her daughter was happy. Obviously, Vita didn't want to give up on her dreams of the future, and she also had to learn about her father's business to protect her family. However, she knew that in order to learn her father's business, she had to prove herself first, so she decided to start with that first.

And today, after all, was Vita's 10th birthday. Her mother smiled at Vita, who looked excited.

"Are you excited, Vita?"

Frankly, she was a little nervous, because Vita was going to see the male protagonist of [Inside the Canvas] today. "Watch out, Vita, or you'll be caught."

"Mom, can I go play with the other kids?"

A boy with brown, soft eyes, whom he does not even remember in her memories, calmly approached her and calmly introduced himself. After the birthday party was over, she learned that Liam was his father and his father's business partner. That's why she encountered this unexpected surprise today and had the opportunity to meet the supporting male character. Well, it was a pleasant surprise.

"Hello. My name is Liam, I hope we get along well."

Vita smiled, looking at the hand extended to her.

"I'm Vita. Let's get along, Liam."

Later, Liam introduces her to a blonde boy who is his cousin, while Vita introduces him to her close friend Lilliana. Meanwhile, the male character introduced himself in a timid voice.

"Benjamin. Nice to meet you."

After they all met, Vita smiled and invited them to the drawing event she was organizing for today.

"Of course where is it? Let's go quickly."

Lilliana seemed excited by the idea. Of course, Vita knew that the idea would excite her. Lilliana loved activities like drawing and singing. Vita couldn't understand how she could fall in love with this timid boy next to this small and energetic girl and become a love rival of the female character. Anyway, it wasn't a big deal, after all, she wasn't going to let Lilliana get upset.

They all started to draw their pictures with excitement. Liam was drawing a flower garden while Lilliana was drawing a cat. Benjamin was trying to draw a picture of a car. Curiously, Vita went to the other boy, who hadn't spoken to her from the very beginning. Liam said his cousin's name was Blake, right? Vita looked at the little boy's chubby cheeks. Vita could not help but think that this boy was a little cute as she looked at the picture he was constantly telling with excitement. Vita continued to listen to Benjamin with interest, unaware of a pair of eyes wandering on her back, and unaware that the fate she had decided to change was already beginning to take shape today.
