"What on earth is wrong with you? Do you want to die?" The guy shouted at Ann. "Oh my God, how can someone be this handsome? He's so cute, I like him already." Ann said in a low tone why looking at the cute guy in front of her. "Excuse me young lady, are you okay? Hello,the guy said while waving at Ann. "I'm…I…I'm sorry, I wasn't watching…, I mean I didn't see your car, I'm so sorry."

"You're sorry, what if you get hit by a car, what would you say? That I killed someone? You better watch where you're going next time, the guy fired at Ann again. "I'm sorry, sorry for yourself."

"You should at least be nice instead of shouting at me, what did you say…? Nothing sir… I said nothing, I only said that I'm so…r…ry." The guy looks at Ann in disgust and walks into his car. "Can you get out of the way!!! The guy screams at Ann. "I'm leaving already," Ann replied to him screaming also.

Ann ran off the road, then the guy drove past her. "What a silly girl," the guy said in a whisper. "Oh my goodness, I nearly got killed today," Ann blurted out.

"My angel is back from school, come here sweetheart," Ann's mum Mrs Mary said while hugging her. "You look so tired, go freshen up and come downstairs for your meal. Okay mum, I will be right back, make sure you clean up well? I will mum."

"I saw Ann walk in a while ago, where's she?" Ann's father Mr Sam asked her mum, "She's taking her bath, is there anything you want her to do for you? No, not really, it's just that I miss her. Since you miss her that much, don't you go and bathe her up."

"That was exactly what I'm planning to do, huh, are you being serious right now, she's no longer a child but an adult, oh, you want to cheat on me with our daughter. Of course not, you know I won't do that. Are you serious? Of course I am, if I'm going to cheat on you, it's going to be with someone that's prettier than you," Mr Sam said to his wife while laughing at the same time.

"Who's cheating on who, and with who?" Ann asked while walking down the stairs. "No one my sweetheart," Ann's father replied to Ann while holding his wife on her shoulder as if nothing happened.

"Yes my sweetheart we were just discussing," Ann's mum defended her husband.

"Come on Ann, take your seat, let's eat," Ann Father said while holding Ann in her hand. "This soup smells nice, mum you're really good, if I'm to leave again, I will still choose you to be my mother. You're flattering me, I'm serious, mum."

"That reminds me, how was school today, did you enjoy your new school, did anyone bully you? How many questions at a time father? Which one should I answer first? The first one, okay let me answer your question."

"First of all, I like the school, I made you friends, Mia and Angela. I got punished today."

"What!!!" Ann's parents exclam at the same time. "Were you expelled?" Ann's mum asked in a frightened voice. "No mum, I was not," humm, Ann's parents breath out. "Then what happened? We are all ears, I… no… I mean, it wasn't me… it's one girl called Sofia, she's just so mean, she was insulting me and calling me names, so my new friends became angry and insulted her back, so she picked up a fight with my friends. While they were fighting a security officer saw them, so he took us to the staff room so we were asked to watch the toilet."

"That girl needs to be arrested, how can she treat my angel like that," Ann's father said in an angry voice. "Father, you know we can't do that, she's from a wealthy home and she's going to be supported by the police, please let's just act as if nothing happened okey? Mum, why is your face like that? You know I love you guys right, I'm going to try my best to avoid Sofia's trouble. Please do Ann," Mrs Mary said almost in a whisper.

"Mum, Dad," Ann called out, "why didn't you wake me up from sleep, I'm late already, I wanted to but your mum didn't allow me," Mr Sam defended himself. "Well I didn't want you to go to that school anymore, mum!! What!! Mum, you know how hard I work to be able to get an admission into this school and all of a sudden you just want me to stop schooling there?"

"It's for your own good sweetheart," Ann's mum said while holding her on her shoulder. "You know how rich kids could be, I and your father are just civil servants that are earning a little penny and your safety is our priority."

"Mum can you please stop! This is what I want and it's my dream, I work so hard for this I can't just give up now!" Ann said while crying so she ran into her room.

Ann Father felt the pain of his daughter so he begged his wife to let Ann go back to school.

"It's okay, stop making me feel like a bad person here, she can go, but she should never get into trouble with anyone again. Yes ma," Ann's father said smiling.

"My angel, your mum said that you can go to school, really Dad? Yes my angel, thank you Dad," Ann said joyfully while hugging her father. "You should be thanking your mum not me, okay Dad, I will.

Ann hurriedly wore her school uniform, ran to the sitting room and hugged her mum then she ran out to look for a cab to take her to school.

"You forgot to eat your breakfast," Ann's mum said. "No I didn't, I will eat it when I'm back from school, I'm already late. Okay sweetheart, have a nice day, no troubles today, okay? Yes mum, I love you mum, I love you too sweetheart."

"Are you crying?" Mr Sam asked his wife. "No I'm not my love, it's just that I don't want anything to happen to Ann, you know how these rich kids misbehave, I don't want them to bully my child. You're overreacting, she will be fine, she's a strong girl just like her mother, so she will be fine. You flatter me, yes I do, that's why you agree to marry me right? Of course not."

Ann ran into the street and was waiting for a cab, she found one and she hurriedly entered.She got to school and ran into the school gate.

"You're late, what happened?" The security officer asked her, "It wasn't intentional, I had an argument with my mum this morning, that's why I'm late, I promise it won't happen again sir." Ann said with a shaking voice while bowing down her head.

"Run down to your class, lectures have started. Okay sir, thank you sir, you're welcome."

Ann ran to the corridor leading to her classroom, while she was running, she ran into a guy who was coming from the opposite direction and was holding some books in his hand so the books fell from his hands.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to," Ann said while picking up the books. "How can you be so careless?" The guy fired at her, it wasn't intentional, I didn't mean to."

Ann said pitifully and raised her eyes to see who the guy was. "You again!!!"
