14 The elevator ride from the shuttle bay on Station Twelve to the concourse level was a little disorienting, the slow increase of gravity causing a few flutters in Anna's stomach. All six of them were pressed together in this cramped space, and no one was talking. She supposed no one knew what to say. Young Raynar stood with his arms folded, frowning down at the floor.
