Rory's POV I stormed out of the classroom before my body could betray me further. The taste of him was still etched on my lips, scorching like wildfire. My fingers brushed my mouth as though they might wipe it away, but they couldn’t. Jaxon kissed me. Jaxon. Kissed. Me. The thought spun in my head, dizzying, relentless. I heaved as I quickened my steps down the empty corridor, God, what was happening to me? I should have been furious.
