Its late, while the guest are turning out.
Selene steps unto the balcony for some fresh air,her eyes lifting to the stars, so bright and so distant, so indifferent.
Then she feels it.
The presence behind her, no guards, no noise just him.
He leans in close, a voice brushing her ears like a loaded secret.
“You've stolen more than attention here tonight.."
Selene with a faint smile the kind that hide knives.
“I only attracted those who were freely given..”
He smirks, she's calm, unreadable, cool as mable, but something in her burns.
He offered her a glass of wine she took it without hesitation, their eyes linger for long..

He's voice soft, teasing but sharp

She's smooth, lying with her teeth, without blinking, but inside her wolf claws against her chest
They talked...About the party, the crowd, Useless things.
But they speak like they've known each other in another universe.
And the more she talks the more she forgets about the mission.
Selene tell crafted stories carefully adding a past that doesn't even relate to her, hiding her true identity, making sure she makes no mistake while speaking, she was so compose..

Keep him hooked, make him fall for you, earn his trust make him beg & crave for you.
But for the first time, there's hesitation, there's this fire burning within her, because part of her wants to stay in this moment, not for the mission, but for him.
