“I can't believe she would do that to you, alpha Kaden. Does she even know who you are?”
“I mean, like, is she crazy?”
“She had no respect for you and that is beyond disrespectful, alpha Kaden. She should be beheaded.”
The sky has darkened as we drove to our home.
The hum of the engine was the only thing that kept me grounded in my thoughts, that reminded me I was still driving.
If it wasn't for the humming of the engine that helped ground me, tightening my hands on the wheel, I would have dozed off to my thoughts.
