It's so cold here
This breeze is so icy
It was so warm a few minutes ago.
“Its ok sweety, everything will be warmer in a few minutes”.
Okay, mom.
A few moments have past and the icy breeze is gone. It feels less cold here but I still don’t like it.
“Darkstar what are you doing here”? Said an unknown voice.
The voice was warm and comforting.
“Vasila I can’t take care of her. I already have others trying to get her.”
“Oh no! What are you going to do”?
“I was wondering if you could care for her”?
“What?!”
“ I know that we have had some issues in the past but I know you would be an amazing mother to her. I know you can provide love and protection for her. Please, Vasila I beg of you”.
I hear silence for a few moments when she speaks
“Alright I will but should I tell her when she able to understand”?
“ I will take care of that you don’t have to worry about that right now. Just live your life with her as peaceful as you can”.
“I will. I will protect her with my life Dark Star”.
I feel my self being past to.. Vasila I believe that is her name.
“Thank you so much. I believe you will be the best mother to her”.
I hear footsteps though they are walking away. Wait? Is mother leaving me with this woman?! Mom! Please don’t leave me!
“Its ok sweety, she’ll come back one day and you get to see her.
I try to open my eyes. I've never been able to open my eyes fully. I want to see this woman holding me.
I open them to see a beautiful pale white face. That's really all I can see with my blurry eyesight. Then I see her brown comforting eyes and brown hair. Her peachy thin lips are smiling at me. She looks absolutely lovely.
“Its ok baby. Don’t cry I take care of you. Your father may not be so keen to you again but that's ok because I’m here my child.”
I close my eyes again. I guess I'll be able to live with you. You seem nice enough. I feel Vasila walking, her footsteps echoing in the place were are in.
“My dear anaki, I’ll love and cherish you just as you were my own”.
