Preparations For The Incoming

After what happened at the front of the school me and my friends immediately went to one classroom because we are classmates. While the teacher is still teaching I can’t help but think about the upcoming calamity that will fall upon us because we only have 1 month before the Conquerors’ first wave to attack and 3 weeks before their scouts will arrive. As soon as the classes have ended I immediately told my friends to gather at our secret place because I have something to discuss. When we are walking, from afar we saw an abandoned house which is our secret place I can’t help but feel longing because it has been some time when I last visit this place.

“This place has always been what it was sigh*” I whispered. This place has really helped us in the past, me and Deiru stayed at this place for a month and thankfully it has a full stock of goods because we are stocking foods in this place so that when we cut classes we don’t have to go outside and get caught by teachers. After a month of us staying in this place, there are people who checked us and invited us to go with them and when we got outside the school is already in ruins that is dyed with dark red blood and also the city is in ruins and you can’t see moving cars or people on the street anymore.

Sigh* that is all in the past but it is still as fresh in my mind sigh*. “So, what do you want to tell us?” Kirth said. “Yeah, why the sudden invite to our secret place?” Atsu added. “Don’t tell me that you also miss this place?” Harry sarcastically said. “Yeah you are right Harry but there is really a serious matter I wished to discuss with all of you” I answered. “So what is this serious matter you want to discuss?” Deiru asked. “Before I tell you the details I need you to buy 15 meters of rope, 1 kilogram of gunpowder, I also want you to collect sharp objects like knife, shortswords and other objects that can stab and also collect a—” “ Wait a minute, what did you say that you want to buy again?” Harry butted in. “Like I said I want you to buy 15 meters of rope, 1 kilogra-” I answered but interrupted. “Are you really serious right now!?” Harry said shockingly. “Yes, I am serious, you may not know the reason right now but soon I will tell you after you have collected all the things I want you to collect and for the last thing, I want you to collect gasoline as much as you can, we only have two weeks for us to collect the things that is needed”. They all agreed and some left to start to collect and some left to go home but Deiru stayed and told me, “Chris I don’t know what you are planning but I will still believe in you and I hope that it is not something for naught”. “Don’t worry Deiru, you know me I only do things that is needed” I answered. “Yeah yeah goodbye” Deiru replied and left.

“Whooo, I thought for a second that they will forced me to give an explanation thankfully they immediately believed me, they really are my friends” I said to myself. “Conquerors, I dare you to conquer us now and see that it will not be as easy as in the past because now with the help of my knowledge about you, we can prepare and defend” I said and looked up at the dark sky. After that I left the secret place and go home because it is already so late.
