There was no time to stay behind sulking. Whosoever took my son would not like what happened to those who touched my things.
I had two people on my mind and I really hope they were not guilty as it'll make things complicated for me.
At the moment, all I needed was Imogene to see she wasn't alone, that I was with her and wanted to help. But the typical Imogene that I know would never want my help, even if it would kill her. I saw that in her eyes before she shifted and ran off.
