“I knew I’ll find you here!” Steph sat beside Becca in the library. Becca was startled at first but smiled as her eyes met Steph’s.
“Were you looking for me?” Becca didn’t take her eyes off the book in her hand.
Steph rolled her eyes. “Is that even a question? Of course I was! I had a feeling you’ll be here, reading, oblivious to the world around you. As a good friend, nah, as a great one. I had to come get you.
“Get me? For what exactly?”
“You’re impossible.” Steph groaned. “It’s lunch time Miss.”
“Oh wow! That was so fast. I guess I lost track of time. But you can go on without me. I don’t feel like going to the cafeteria today.”
“Ugh we’re not going to the cafeteria.”
