“Oh Leo!” Mrs. Longhorn giggled. He leaned down to kiss her and she put her hand to his chest hesitating. “I feel like we’ve forgotten something?”
“I have all I need here in my arms.”
“Oh Leo!” She blushed. “You haven’t spoken to me like that since we were… why, since we were courting.”
“It’s time we started again! Don’t you remember the good old days? Hurry now, the house is just ahead.”
“Of course, I do darling…. But what about the car?”
“I’ll send Ivan to fetch it later.”
Mr. Longhorn felt like a boy again, running home from a party in the middle of the night with a beautiful woman in tow. Smiling happily, Mrs. Longhorn let her husband’s words repeat in her mind. “What a wonderful party!” She sighed with pleasure. Mrs. Longhorn allowed her husband to guide her home.
