I don't know how I feel about the law that is about to be codified. There are many things we learned about Lycan history while we were in school that Lycans insisted were no more than memorabilia of the past—evidence of superiority—but are slowly being reintegrated back into society. Hierarchical titles being the first relic, marking about to be the second. It worries me what will come next...public show trials, public executions, exile into the forests, enslavement. All of these laws feel spiteful and targeted, though I know it's paranoia talking. Too damn much happening at once. All one can hope is that other countries led by other Lycans don't begin to follow suit—then the whole world is in trouble, rather than half.
