He let go of the door to cross his arms over his chest and step one foot out in a serious manner that had my heart flutter and slam in my chest. He didn't say anything, but he gave me a stern expression that had me looking down at his feet. I pressed my lips together and spread my legs slightly so that they weren't touching and became quiet.
