CHAPTER FOURTEEN
Jack was in the middle of a work out when his comm chirped. He hopped off the treadmill and walked over to check it.
"Hello?"
"I have a new assignment for you."
"I didn't know I was finished with this one."
"This new one is more urgent. I have a rogue agent. I need you to handle this before it gets out of control."
"Okay, do you have any details?"
"I will send you the details, but I can't stress the urgency enough. There is a lot at stake, Jack. The lives of other agents, federation secrets could be at risk. I'm not sure how much damage this rogue has done yet."
"Do you want them for questioning?"
"Use extreme prejudice."
"Understood."
