CHAPTER FIFTEEN
Maggie drove over to Stella’s Diner. She wanted to check in with her friend Mickey and his sister Stella to see if they had seen or heard anything that would help her find Mary.
“Hello Mickey.”
“Ah, Maggie!” Mickey rushed over to hug her. “We have missed you.”
“I’m afraid, I’ve come needing help again.” Maggie looked sheepishly at Mickey. She felt bad imposing on him again. He had done a great favor helping get rid of the two men in black that Gideon Keeley had sent to follow her out of Federation territory.
“Anything for you.”
“If someone was wanted by the local and state police where would they go to hide?”
