The wendigo

A man dressed in a robe was addressing a little team, the place looks like a throne room inside a castle. After sometime; he dismissed them and went to sit on the throne. A middle aged woman served him some food which happens to be raw meat and blood. Just as he was about to eat, he heard a voice;

so much for the great lord Zulu to be feasting on refrigerated meat; when a fresh one taste better.

He turned immediately and saw Mira, he was so surprised seeing the girl that he asked;

What brings the so powerful Mira to the abode of Zulu.

She laughed and reply that she only come to spend some time. Zulu asked her how she managed to crossover from the outer realm but she wave it off. She complimented Zulu about his castle, as they were discussing, she asked Zulu to help her get rid of the Shadow raider but Zulu refused saying;

My mission is more important than going after a psychopath dressed in hood who calls him self a raider.

When Mira realised him can't convince Zulu, She tried to seduce him but Zulu realised himself and attack her which crashed her to the wall. Zulu shouted at her;

Stay the hell away from me Succubus, or you will feel the wrath of the great wendigo.

Mira stands on her feet and smirk, she moves closer to him and replied;

If you can help me; I can take care of it myself. how long can you resist me? sooner or later, I will have the raider under my power. And you; will be the least of my problems.

Zulu laughed and wished her luck with that. Mira transformed to the Succubus and flew away.

In the monastery, Adrian parked his bike and went to the Abbot, they greeted in their usual way and Adrian told him but his previous encounter;

Abbot, last night I encountered something strange, it wasn't a vampire neither is it a werewolf. it a female monster, it possess a pair of wings, fangs, horns and with an arrow shaped tail. Unlike vampires, her victim do not turn, instead there are sucked dried to the bones.

The Abbot soliloquises for sometime and then asked him to walk with him. They walked closer to a spring and he sat him down. The Abbot said;

What you encountered last night is something strange, this only means that the veil between us and the outer realm is at it thinnest which means that you work has been doubled. you fought with the succubus son.

Adrian was awed that he asked;

the succubus?

the Abbot replied;

yes son, the succubus. one of the most dangerous seductive she demons, she can take control of any demon or angels even mortals no matter how strong there if she actually have s*x with them. the male counterpart of it is the incubus.

Adrian was still surprised that he asked

the man she attacked yesterday died, she didn't control him and the most surprising thing is that my bullets was of little use or will I say useless against her.

The Abbot thinks for sometime and replied;

As of the man she killed, most times they don't control their victims, instead; the use them to replenish their strength. But your bullets been useless against her; I can't say but next time, try the heart or the head.

Dale was on phone speaking with someone; he was being intimate with his discussion which means the person on the other line must be either girlfriend or wife. They discussed for sometime when He heard noises downstairs; he approached the window to check it out but he saw nothing. He switched off the receiver and closed the blind when suddenly; the succubus busted in from the window.

Dale dashed towards his bed to grab his gun but the succubus grabbed him with his tail and hauled him towards the wall. Dale picked up the drip stand and hit the succubus with it, the metal pole broke while the succubus smirked and said;

"weak"

She slapped him across the face which sent Dale smashing with the wall. Dale groan and started throwing items towards the succubus; She smirked and hauled the bed at Dale. Dale rolled away and the bed hit the wall, He turned facing the succubus and said;

"Thanks"

He rolled under the bed and pulled out a revolver; he opened fire on the succubus but the bullets were useless against her.

Zulu was resting in the castle when Charles who was popularly called Charlie approached him; he asked for permission to speak with him before he started suggesting they help Mira. According to him; The shadow raider is a problem to both Mira and them, He suggested that assisting Mira would be a great advantage to them because why Mira would be busy fighting the Raider; he will be distracted and that will give them time to accomplish their mission.

Zulu saw some sense with what Charles said and he asked what he suggested they do. Charlie opt for them to give Mira some army.

Adrian was in the Abby meditating when suddenly; he stood up and went into an underground room, after a moment; he rode out with his hunting bike.

The succubus pinned Dale on his bandage shoulder using her nail, She started asking him of the raider. Dale swore he never knew the A-cube, he told her that he actually thought the raider was just a myth until he met him last night which happened to be his face encounter and ever since then; they never saw each other. The succubus looked into Dale's eyes and realized he was saying the truth but she decided to keep him. She wanted to use him as bait to capture the raider. Just as he was about to drag him out; gun shots rang in air and three bullets were flying right to the succubus chest.

The succubus used her hand to knock it off; A-cube jumped in through the window taking the succubus down with his spear move. They both leapt on their feet while Dale scampered to safety, the succubus lashed her tail against A-cube but he back flipped twice in air dodging the arrow tip tail. She dashed after him trying to s***h him with her claws but A-cube ducked and elbow punched her at the jaw. While the succubus staggered backwards; He jumped in air attacking her with spin push kick.

The succubus crashed with the wall while A-cube pulled out his revolvers and started firing, the succubus superspeed in circle and knocked off the guns; he attacked A-cube with uppercut which crashed him with the ceiling. She jumped in air and slashed A-cube while he was still on air which sent him crashing with the wall, She flew after him but he pulled out his sword and rolled beneath her slashing her torso. They both stood up and the succubus became surprised seeing A-cube wound healed on it's own while the part of her skin stained with A-cube blood started burning. She dashed towards a cupboard and started throwing it's contents on A-cube but He stopped them with his sword. She dashed after him grabbing him by the waist while the broke through the wall into another room.

A lady in prison uniform was doing some push ups when a warder approached her and asked her to follow him. They went into an empty room while other warders came out and started beating her with baton. When they finished, a lady also in warder uniform came out from the shadows; she had a smirk on her face. She smiled at the lady and said;

"You failed to kill me hunter; now I'm gonna make your life a living hell. While you're doing time; I'm gonna make sure I turned everyone around you. I'm not gonna kill you; I'm gonna torture you till you break, then I will turn you making you my footstool.

She placed her foot on the prisoner's chest pressing her down, The prisoner's reflexes was fast; she kicked the warder's foot which rest on the floor taking her down. She quickly grabbed the warder's left arm, holding her down by arm bar; she broke her shoulder. The warders rushed in and separated them, the female warder with broken arm got up and fasten her shoulder and smiled at the prisoner. The prisoner smiled back and said;

"Smile all you can because it ain't gonna last; you will be the first person I'm gonna kill when I leave here"

The warder with a smirk punched her across the face knocking her out.

Dale crawled to the broken wall and saw the succubus using her tail to haul A-cube across the room; She jumped after him but he retaliated with an uppercut. While the succubus staggers back; A-cube jumped after her with superman punch. He rushed to pick up his sword but the succubus used her tail grabbed his leg and hauled him across the room. She picked the sword but A-cube threw ninja stars at her while she ducked; but the ninja star was a decoy. Before she could look up; A-cube landed on her with knee kick on the jaw which made her to let go of the sword.

A-cube grabbed his sword and slashed her by the face, lap and abdomen. As he made to chop off the head; she stopped the blade by catching it with her hand. A-cube used his other hand to pull out a dagger from his waist, as he tried to stab her; she caught his hand in air and dragged him backwards to the wall. A-cube released a knife from tip of his boot with which he stabbed her by the ribs, she screamed and used her arrow tip tail to stabbed A-cube on the shoulder injecting him with the poisonous tail; he hauled him towards the broken wall while He started shaking violently .

Suddenly; A-cube leapt on his feet, all this while; his hood was strapped tightly on his face. The succubus was surprised seeing A-cube overcame the poison; meanwhile, Dale crawled back to where A-cube left his gun. He picked them up and alerted A-cube attention; he threw the guns while A-cube jumped in air and caught the guns. While still in air; he opened fire on the succubus, She didn't see it coming and threw bullets went straight for the heart. The impact of the bullets sent her crashing with pain while she growled in pains, she jumped breaking through the walls falling to the ground. A-cube jumped after her but the succubus was fast enough to fly away, A-cube jumped on his bike and went after her but after minutes of endless chase; He decided to retreat because it's almost daybreak.

Dale was looking around the mess created in the room; he looked on the floor and saw his cellphone. He picked it up and saw twenty five missed calls, he tried to call the person back but suddenly ended the call when he saw a medallion on the ground. He picked it up but the cellphone started ringing again, He turned the cellphone off and started inspecting the medallion. After inspecting the ancient symbols on it which looked like Chinese, he saw a name of Chinese temple at the edge of the medallion.

The succubus was flying in the air but her body was getting weak; She tried to pick up the pace but as she tries to fly higher, She also tends to fall lower. This continued until she crashed with an electric pole and ended up falling into a river bank. She was panting and gasping for breath, she looked at the spot where she was shot and it was emitting thick smoke. Her skin was becoming pale and body began to transform back to her human form, with her last strength she echoed;

"Zulu!!!!"
