CHAPTER 53
"HAILEY'S POV"
I had left the memorial service early with mother as she couldn't stand for too long.
I had to stay with her in her room as she kept her company as I didn't want to leave her alone all by herself while everyone was aside at the memorial service.
She slept off as we talked and as I returned into my room, I found it hard to sleep.
I then decided to walk into the garden to get some fresh air when I saw Asher.
"I'm still here," He answered, as he looked at me.
"Why are you here?" He asked, as I looked at him.
He looked tired and I could tell he really needed to get some sleep.
"I couldn't sleep," I answered, as I looked at him.
"I came here for some fresh air," I added.
Asher insisted on staying with me and we both talked for a while and I informed him I wa
