"HAILEY'S POV"
"This can't be true," I whispered quietly to myself as I turned back, trying to process what I had just heard the doctor say on the phone.
I immediately rushed towards my wardrobe and changed into a pink gown before running out of my room.
I could hear Asher call my name as I ran outside but I just ignored him and continued to run.
"Hailey," Asher muttered, as he catched up with me and held my hand.
"Where are going?" He asked, as he gazed at me.
"I'm going to see my mother, the doctor must be mistaken," I stated, before releasing my hands from Asher grip and walking out of the house.
I called out to one of the drivers in the mansion but I could hear Asher telling him not to worry as I entered into the car.
